Hook is an established food brand preparing for expansion into a new location. We partnered with the team to strategically analyze and evolve the core brand, while simultaneously defining a sub-brand structure to support growth. Our work included an evaluation of the existing brand, consulting on main and sub-brand architecture, a logo evolution, and the development of a cohesive brand system. We also conducted a digital brand audit and cleanup, and designed signage and essential marketing materials to ensure consistency across physical and digital touchpoints. The result is a clear, cohesive, and scalable brand framework that strengthens the core brand and supports confident expansion into new locations.
